Elephant Falls

East Khasi Hills, Meghalaya

Other waterfalls in the region are the Wir Phang Falls and the Wei Laplam Falls.

During the monsoon period (especially in July and August), the water flows down with great force. Even the local people come to witness the mighty force of water gushing down the falls.
